There are 12 children at lunch. six are eating apples, four children are eating grapes and two children are eating celery. what fraction of the children are eating fruit?

    1/2 are eating apples, 1/3 are eating grapes and 1/6 are eating celery. Therefore the percentage eating fruit are 10/12 simplified to 5/6.
