Which statements describes a many-to-one function?

    A many to one function would have to be a non linear function because for anything to share something else it could not go in a straight line. since it is a function we know that it passes the vertical line test but for it to not be linear, means it would not pass the horizontal line test. since it is not a linear function it would have to be non linear. and since it is a function and passes vertical line test each x value can only have 1 y value
