    4

    Explanation:

Word problems like this are always a bit tricky to get to the bottom to.

But to put it simply, this question is asking how many times can 10 oz be taken out of 5 1/4 cups. This is also shown as:

    5 1/4 cups : 10 ounces

First, make both numbers the same units. Since ounces are smaller, convert 5 1/4 cups into ounces.

    5 1/4 cups

    5 cups = 40 ounces

    1/4 cup = 2 ounces

    40 + 2 = 42 ounces.

    so now do this:

    42 : 10 = 4.2

So Taylor can fill 4 full glasses with iced tea.
