Hello,
tan 2x=1
==>2x = (π/4+kπ) / 2
==>x=π/8+kπ/2 (k integer)

Tan 2x = 2 tan x / (1-tan^2x)
hence, tan 2x = 1
2x = pi
x = pi/2.
