    The net profit per bike is 150-40 = 120. Hence to break even, the store needs to profit more than the operating cost of the store. 3840 / 120 = 32. The store needs to sell 32 bicycles each month to break even.

    The answer is 26 bikes.

    $3850/150=25.5

    25.5 x 150 = 3825

    but when rounded whole = 26

    26x150=3900
