Ronald states that the number 1/11 is not rational because, when converted to a decimal, it does not terminate. nathanial says it is rational because it is a fraction. which boy is correct and why?

    Nathanial is right because the number is indeed a fraction but if you do 100:11 you get 9.0909090909090909
