Distribute:
= (1/3) (9a) + (1/3) (b) + - 2a+-b
=3a+1/3b+-2a+-b
Combine Like Terms:
=3a+1/3b+-2a+-b
= (3a+-2a) + (1/3b+-b)
=a+-2/3b
