There are currently 3 people signed up for the debate club. The school will not recognize the club officially until it has more than 5 members.     Since the club needs at least 5 members, it needs at least 2 more.

    "At least" refers to greater than or equal to. (≥)

    "Greater than" means shade to the right.

    "Or equal to" means closed circle.

    So the number line should have a closed circle on the number 2 with shading to the right.
