    Ok so

    find aera

    ara=legnth times width

    area=42 times 28=1176

    how many 350's go into 1176?

    350x=1176

    divide both sides by 350

    x=3.36

    answer is 3.36 gallons, but buy 4 since it is hard to buy fractional amounts
