If it is 1 / (3x+2), 3x+2≠0 = >x≠-2/3, the domain is all real number except - 2/3
if it is 1 / (3x) + 2, 3x≠0, x≠0, the domain is all real number except 0
It is hard to tell from your equation what the demonstrator is.
