Subtract 5 from 2/3 to get - 4 and 1/3 or - 13/3
-13/3=18/x
Multiply both sides by x to get rid of it from the 18/x
-13/3x=18
Multiply both sides by 3 to get rid of the fraction
-13x=54
Divide - 13 from 54
x=-4.1538
