Kenya plans to make a down payment plus monthly payments in order to buy a motorcycle. At one dealer she would pay $2,250 down and $175 each month. At another dealer, she would pay $2,750 down and $150 each month. After how many months would the total amount paid be the same for both dealers? What would that amount be? After { } months Kenya will have paid ${ }for the bike at either dealer.

    Part A: 175x+2250=150x+2750 (Subtract 150x from both sides) 25x+2250=2750 (Subtract 2250 from both sides) 25x=500 (Divide by 25 x=20 months Part B: 175 (20) + 2250 3500+2250=5750 She would have to pay $5,750
