If f (x) = 4x and g (x) = 6x-21 find the value of x for which f (x) = g (x)

    0
    4x=6x-21

    Subtract 6x from both sides

    -2x = - 21

    Divide - 2 on both sides

    x = 21/2 = 10 1/2
