    There is not flowchart so I just solve the problem:

    Solve for a:

    3 a + 4 = 2 a + 7

    Subtract 2 a from both sides:

    (3 a - 2 a) + 4 = (2 a - 2 a) + 7

    3 a - 2 a = a:

    a + 4 = (2 a - 2 a) + 7

    2 a - 2 a = 0:

    a + 4 = 7

    Subtract 4 from both sides:

    a + (4 - 4) = 7 - 4

    4 - 4 = 0:

    a = 7 - 4

    7 - 4 = 3:

    Answer: a = 3
