    Area=legnth times width

    perimiter=legnth+legnth+width+width

    perimiter=2 (legnth+width)

    so

    304=p=2 (legnth+width

    5520=area=legnth times width

    so we have

    304=2 (l+w) and

    5520=lw

    304=2 (l+w)

    divide by 2 to simplify

    152=l+w

    subtract w

    152-w=l

    subsitute 152-w for l

    5520=lw

    5520 = (152-w) (w)

    distribute

    5520=152w-w^2

    subtract 152w from both sides

    5520-152w=-w^2

    add w^2 to both sides

    w^2-152w+5520=0

    factor the left side

    (w-60) (w-92) = 0

    set each to zero

    w-60=0

    w=60

    w-92=0

    w=92

    w=92 or 60

    dimentions are

    60 yd by 92 yd
