It would be seat # 140.

    Prime factorization of 4 = 2 * 2

    Prime factorization of 7 = 1 * 7

    Prime factorization of 10 = 1 * 2 * 5

    Combining the prime factorizations: 1 * 2^2 * 5 * 7 = 140
