    So supplementary means add up to 180

    x+y=180

    ratio is 2:4=1:2

    1x=2y

    subsitue

    2y+y=180

    3y=180

    divide 3

    y=60

    that is the smaller angle isnce x is 2wice of y

    60 degrees is the answer
