    A=35m2

    L=3+2*W

    35m2=L*W

    35m2 = (3+2W) * W

    35=3*W+2*W^2

    0=3*W+2*W^2-35

    W1=7/2m

    W2=-5 (can't be used since it's negative)

    L=3+2*W

    L=3+2 * (7/2)

    L=10m
