    The answer to your question is : 118872 ft² of lawn

    Step-by-step explanation:

    Data

    length = l

    width = w

    length = width + 214

    Perimeter = 1444 ft

    Area = ?

    Process

    Perimeter = 2l + 2w

    Perimeter = 2 (w + 214) + 2w

    Perimeter = 1444 = 2w + 428 + 2w

    1444 = 4w + 428

    4w = 1444 - 428

    4w = 1016

    w = 1016 / 4

    w = 254 ft

    l = 254 + 214

    l = 468 ft

    Area = l x w

    = 468 x 254

    = 118872 ft²
