Rewrite the function y = x2 0 6x + 14 in vertex form, y = (x 0 h) 2 + k.

A) y = (x 0 3) 2 + 5

B) y = (x + 5) 2 + 3

C) y = (x + 3) 2 0 5

D) y = (x 0 5) 2 0 3

    If I rewrite the funciton y=x^2 - 6x + 14 in vertex for, y = (x - h) ^2 + k, then the answer would be a) y = (x-3) ^2 + 5. I chose letter a because all the others do not coincide to the vertex form of the given quadratic equation. Thus, letter a is the answer.
