Could negative 2 be used as a base to rewrite 32 and 64 why or why not

    Alright, finding the powers of - 2, we get 4, - 8, 16, - 32, and 64. For the powers of 2, we get 4,8,16,32, and 64. Notice that for the even powers of both, they're the same, but the odd powers are different, such as 2^5=32 and - 2^5=-32. The same applies for 64, but since it's to the power of 6 (even) they're the same
