A recipe that makes 16 cookie calls for 1/4 cup sugar and 2/3 cup flour. Janelle wants to proportionally increase these amounts to get a new recipe using one cup of sugar. Using the new recipe, how much flour should she use? How many cookies can she make with the new recipe

    Just multiply by 4

    4x2/3 = 2 2/3

    4x16 = 64
