    20,270,250 ways

    Step-by-step explanation:

Mykel needs to select 4 appetizers from 15 appetizers. So number of ways to select this is; 15C4 = 1365 ways

Mykel needs to select 2 entrees from 10 entree. So number of ways to select this is; 10C2 = 45 ways

Mykel needs to select 4 side dishes from 11 side dishes. So number of ways to select this is; 11C4 = 330 ways

    Thus, total number of ways Mykel can plan the menu = 1365 * 45 * 330 = 20270250 ways
