    Formula for finding the area of a triangle is

    A = BH/2. So plus in 12 in A for area. Plug 6 in B for base. And solve

    (12) * 2 = (6h/2) * 2

    (24) / 6 = (6h) / 6

    4=h

    So the height of the triangle is 4 ft

    4 feet high

    Step-by-step explanation:

    (B x h) x 1/2 (or divided by 2)

    (12 x 2) / 6 = h

    12 x 2 = 24

    24/6 = 4

    4 feet high
