Alright, 0.25 pounds is one fourth of a pound. So, all we have to do here is this equation

    5.20*1/4+5.20

So first we will multiply 1/4 and 5.20

    1/4*5.20=1.30

    Now we will add 1.30+5.20

    6.50 will be our answer
