A basket contains 1.25kg of apples, 2.3kg of grapes and 3.12kg of bananas. If 1kg of apples cost $4, 1kg of grapes cost $3.50 and 1 kg of bananas cost $1.65.

A) calculate the total cost of all the fruits in the basket.

B) Mrs Lim gave the cashier $50 note. How much change would she receive if she bought 5kg of apples and 2.4kg of bananas.
