    The probability of one failing is 0.1

    The probability of two failing is 0.1 x 0.1 = 0.01

    The probability if three failing is 0.1 x 0.1 x 0.1 = 0.001

    etc

    The probability of all six failing is 0.1 x 0.1 x 0.1 x 0.1 x 0.1 x 0.1 = 0.000001
