    Width = 11 cm

    Length = 19 cm

    Step-by-step explanation:

    We have;

    The perimeter of the rectangle as 60 cm The length is 3 cm less than twice the width Assuming the width is x cm

    Then, the length is (2x-3) cm

    But, the perimeter of a rectangle is given by, 2 (L+W)

    Therefore;

    P = 2 (L+W)

    60 cm = 2 (x + (2x - 3))

    60 = 2 (3x - 3)

    60 = 6x - 6

    6x = 66

    x = 11

    2x - 3 = 19

    Therefore;

    Width = 11 cm

    Length = 19 cm
