It'll take 7 days for both tanks to have the same amount of water.

    Day 1

    108 - 5 = 103

    45 + 4 = 49

    Day 2

    103 - 5 = 98

    49 + 4 = 53

    Day 3

    98 - 5 = 93

    53 + 4 = 57

    Day 4

    93 - 5 = 88

    57 + 4 = 61

    Day 5

    88 - 5 = 83

    61 + 4 = 65

    Day 6

    83 - 5 = 78

    65 + 4 = 69

    Day 7

    78 - 5 = 73

    69 + 4 = 73
