    Answer: All are true

    a. (10^5) ^3 = 10^ (5*3)

Is correct, because law of indices say when we have a power inside and outside the bracket, so we have to multiply the powers. It will be 10^15

    b. 10^5 / 10^3 = 10^ (5-3)

when expression of the same base is divide, so subtract the powers. It will be 10^2

    It is correct

    c. 10^5 * 10^3 = 10^ (5+3)

when expression of the same base is multiply, so add the powers. It will be 10^ (8)

    It is correct

    d. 10^5 / 10^3 = 10^ (5-3)

    / it also a division

    It the same as b.

    Subtract the powers

    It will be 10^2

    It also correct

So all the expressions are correct.
