    Null hypothesis H₀ is p2 = p1

    Alternative hypothesis Hₐ is p2 > p1

    Step-by-step explanation:

The null hypothesis is that of one that states that no relationship exists between measured quantities, groups or phenomenon while the alternative hypothesis is one that the null hypothesis is tested against.

Therefore, to state that the sunshine is the same everywhere is the null hypothesis while that of the sunshine in City A, p2 is more than that of City B p1 is the alternative hypothesis

p1 is the number of sunny days in City A while p2 is the number of sunny days in City B therefore

Here the null hypothesis will be p2 = p1 and the alternative hypothesis will be p2 > p1.
