    Approximately 0.4 when rounded to the nearest tenth. Simplify all the way, and then pull the exponents out and solve with the exponents.

    Simplified version was:

    2^1 x 2^ (4x-10) = 2^ (156x-390)

    then you would have,

    1 + 4x - 10 = 156x - 390 solve that
