First, to find out how much Jackson earned at the end of 5 days, multiply $3 x 5.

    $3 x 5 = $15

Jackson earned $15 at the end of 5 days.

Next, to find out how much Maria earned at the end of 5 days, multiply $6 x 5.

    $6 x 5 = $30.

Maria earned $30 at the end of 5 days.

To find the difference in how much they earned, simply subtract the two values.

    $30 - $15 = $5

    So, finally:

Maria earned $5 more than Jackson at the end of 5 days.
