The breakfast contains 2 eggs, 1 glass of milk and 4 pieces of toast.

It is already given in the question that the amount of calcium contained in 1 egg is 25 milligrams.

So the amount of calcium contained in 2 eggs = (2 * 25) milligrams

    = 50 milligrams

Amount of calcium in 1 glass of milk is given in the question as 215 milligrams.

Amount of calcium contained in 1 piece of toast is 40 milligrams.

Then the amount of calcium contained in 4 pieces of toast = (4 * 40) milligrams

    = 160 milligrams

    Then

The total amount of calcium contained in the breakfast = (50 + 215 + 160) milligrams

    = 425 milligrams.

There are 425 milligrams of calcium.
