Kyle is making a model of a portion of the Hudson River bed. The scale he is using is 5 miles=1 inch. If his model is 50 inches long, how long is the actual portion of hudson's river?

    For every 5 miles = 1 inch so if you multiply 50 multiply that by 5 and you should get the answer of 250
