    Width of rectangle = 8 feet

    Length of rectangle = 30 feet.

    Step-by-step explanation:

    Let the width of garden be X meter.

    Given length of garden is thrice the width of garden added with 6 feet.

    Mathematically length of garden in terms of X will be

    length of garden = 3X (thrice the width of garden) + 6

    Perimeter of garden is 76 feet.

    Formula to calculate perimeter of rectangle is = 2 (length * width)

    Perimeter of garden = 2 (length * width)

    Substituting value of Perimeter of garden and length and width of garden in terms of X we have given below equation

    76 = 2 (X + 3X+6)

    => 76/2 = 4X + 6

    => 38 - 6 = 4X

    => X = 32/4 = 8

    Therefore

    width of rectangle = X = 8 feet

    Length of rectangle = 3X+6 = 3*8 + 6 = 30 feet.
