Should a state have the power to kill a person for breaking the law?

    That is a personal opinion but I personally don't believe in it because if a person is wrongfully accused and they get the death sentence then the government would kill an innocent person but a lot of people believe in it.

    Where I'm from, Massachusetts, we don't do that, but I don't like it
