    Find the highest common factor

    12 = 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 12

    24 = 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, 12, 24

    28 = 1, 2, 4, 7, 14, 28

    4 bags is needed

    3 apple, 6 blueberry, 7 banana in each bag

    (3 x 4 = 12 apple) (6 x 4 - 24 blueberry) (7 x 4 = 28 banana)
