    A = length * width

    a = z * y

    594 = (w + 4) (w + 9)

    594 = w^2 + 13w + 36

    0 = w^2 + 13w + 36 - 594

    0 = w^2 + 13w - 558

    0 = (w + 31) (w - 18)

    w = - 31, w = 18
