    To figure this out, we must figure how much of the total we have to pay. Thus to find the complement (net price/actual price), we must subtract the discount percentage by 100%

    So your discount, will look like this, 100%-15%=85%

    Then multiply to find the actual discount taken off,

    =0.85 (14)

    =$11.90
