    I think it's the third one. Because it will make both equation's x a opposite value (one is positive and one is negative).

    Step-by-step explanation:

    Because 2x+3y=1*5 = 10x+15y=5 and then 5x+2y=8*-2 = - 10x+4y=-16 both equations will cancel the Xs out and then you can solve for Y.
