Is age a measurement, position, counting or label? My guess is that is is counting.

My own wisdom and judgement tell me that age is a measurement ... specifically, of a time duration. A little kid might tell you "I'm five and a half"; and my grand-niece told me a few weeks ago that she is "four and eleven twelfths". You don't meet numbers like that in the process of counting.

Measurement is the answer because your live is measurement and live is age.
