1600 oz, because there are 16 ounces in a pound, and if you convert 1600 oz into pounds, you get 100 Lb. 100>10, so 1600 oz is the larger value.

1,600 oz is bigger because there are 16 oz in a pound and 10 pounds equal 160 oz which makes 1,600 oz much bigger
