    Perimeter is Circumference of a circle.

    C=pi (or 3.14) times diameter

    C=3.14 (4)

    C=12.56 meters

    Then area is pi (3.14) times radius squared

    A=3.14 (4/2) ^2

    A=3.14 (2^2)

    A=3.14 (4)

    A=12.56 meters squared

    Perimeter=22/7 x 412.57m

    area=22/7 x 2 x 2=12.57 square meters
