    Step-by-step explanation:

    Surface Area of Cylinder = 2πrh + 2πr^2

    Since we are only finding the surface area on the outside of the cylinder, it's just 2πrh

    3.14 * 2 = 6.28

    6.28 * 3 = 18.84

    18.84 * 25 = 471
