    The perimeter of the a certain figure is the sum of the measures of all the sides. In this item, if the four sides measures h and the last side has the length of 1.7, the equation that would best represent the relationship between the known measures.

    10.5 = 4h + 1.7

    The value of h in this equation is h = 2.2. Thus, the other four sides have lengths of 2.2 inches.
