    The length and width of the rectangle are 23 m and 7 m respectively.

    Step-by-step explanation:

    P = 2L + 2W

    P (perimeter of the rectangle) = 60 m

    L (length of the rectangle) = 2 + 3W. W is the width of the rectangle

    Therefore, L = 2 + 3W

    P = 2L + 2W

    60 = 2 (2 + 3W) + 2W

    60 = 4 + 6W + 2W

    60 - 4 = 8W

    56 = 8W

    W = 56/8 = 7 m

    L = 2 + 3W = 2 + 3 (7) = 2 + 21 = 23 m

    L = 23 m

    W = 7 m
