    The answer is D

    The outlier is the datum that is unlike the rest. 46 is much bigger than the others, so it's our outlier.

    That leaves C and D

    A mean with a larger outlier would be bigger than the mean if it were removed.

    The only answer in which keeping the outlier yeilds a higher mean is D
