they are

x, x+1, x+2, x+3

the 2nd and 4th sum is x+1 and x+3

sum is 34

x+1+x+3=34

2x+4=34

minus 4

2x=30

divide 2

x=15

x+1=16

x+2=17

x+3=18

the numbers are 15,16,17,18
