    100% vinegar=20 ml

    12 % vinegar=140 ml

    Step-by-step explanation:

    100 % x+12 % (160-x) = 23 % of 160

    x+0.12 (160-x) = 0.23*160

    x+19.20-0.12 x=36.80

    0.88 x=36.80-19.20

    0.88 x=17.60

    88 x=1760

    x=20
